Why do you ask for the print run of a book?


Nowadays there are various ways of publishing, such as printing on demand. We ask for the print run because any book printed and sold less than 250 times is not eligible for collective rights. Collective rights are basically for publications that are available to the general public and are likely to be read, copied and/or lent on a reasonable scale.
