Can I already submit my publications in the current year?

Yes, for books you can, but distribution will be in December of the following year. However for magazines and newspapers you cannot. You need to specify how many works, photos or illustrations are published in a magazine or newspaper in an entire year. Halfway throughout the year it is not possible to give us a complete overview yet. Therefore, you neeed to submit your statements for newspapers and magazines when the current year is finished.
