Why are magazines, newspapers, audio/video/DVD and TV reports from previous years not included on my overview of submitted publications?

These submissions are remunerated once for the year of publication or broadcast. Books on the other hand are rewarded lending rights as long as they are in the library and are being lent out sufficiently.
