My work has been auctioned abroad. Am I eligible for a resale right fee?

In all EU/EEA countries resale rights have been introduced. Pictoright also collects resale rights for artists from some non-EU/EEA countries with resale rights. You can find the list of countries here.

If you are affiliated with Pictoright, you will receive a resale right fee for these sales when all conditions are met. For sales abroad, different (legal) conditions may apply than in the Netherlands. You can inform Pictoright by e-mail (volgrecht@pictoright.nl) where, when and by whom your work was sold abroad.
