How come not all the books I submitted are on my statement?

We do not process books that are not eligible for distribution on our records. We pay out reprography and reader fees retroactively up to 5 years back. If a book is older than 5 years, it may be eligible for lending rights only if it is being lent (sufficiently) by public libraries. Therefore, if a book is older than 5 years and is not or rarely lent, it does not qualify for lending rights.

Foreign books are not on the list because they do not qualify for Dutch collective rights. They are administered separately. You will receive a reimbursement only if funds are available from abroad.
