Art Lending

Art lending agencies are legally obliged to pay an appropriate fee for the lending of works of art. Since 2010, these organizations have been required to provide Stichting Leenrecht with a statement of the number of artworks they lend out. Stichting Leenrecht collects these fees and processes the corresponding lending data. Pictoright distributes these fees. This is the implementation of a Legal Rule, therefore it is not necessary to be affiliated with Pictoright to receive the fee.

Is your work lent out by an art lending organization? Then you are entitled to a compensation. If you are affiliated with Pictoright you will receive this compensation automatically, if not please complete the form below. Upon receipt of the form ( together with a copy of your identification) we will transfer any available compensation to you.
