Art Rental
Is your work being rented out by a gallery or another institution, and have you not made any agreements about this with that institution? If so, you may be missing out on fees!

Would you like Pictoright to act on your behalf? If so, please email the following information to info@pictoright.nl:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Are you already affiliated with Pictoright?
- Name of the art institution
- Website of the art institution
- Have you already had contact with this institution?
- Do you give Pictoright permission to negotiate with the rental institution on your behalf?
After your report, Pictoright will try to contact as many art rental institutions as possible in order to agree on a fair fee for all creators who have signed up. We can’t promise that we’ll be able to reach all institutions or secure an agreement. But if we succeed and are able to pay out a fee, we will of course contact you!
Important to know
Pictoright can only act on your behalf if you are affiliated with us for the full management of your copyrights. This affiliation costs €46 per year. After receiving your message, we will assess together whether joining is useful for you.
Please note: this call does not concern art lending (kunstuitleen). Art lending is regulated by law. Art lending institutions are allowed to lend out your work as long as they pay a reasonable fee for this. That fee is distributed to you via Stichting Leenrecht and Pictoright.
